Work starts with inspecting the slab and testing for moisture where conditions call for it. The surface is mechanically prepared by diamond grinding or shot blasting, damage is repaired, and the coating system is applied in sequence with cure time between coats. The floor is walked through with you at completion.
Most residential-scale work is a one to two day install with cure time before the floor takes traffic. Larger floors and slabs needing significant repair run longer. Polyaspartic topcoats shorten the return to service. Timing specific to your floor is covered at the estimate.
Most structurally sound concrete is. Cracks, pitting, spalling, and existing coatings are handled during preparation. Slabs with active moisture movement are tested first and specified accordingly. If a floor is not a good candidate, you will be told that during the walkthrough.
