Polyaspartic floor installation in West Hurley features rapid-cure resin systems that support demanding commercial or industrial use with minimal downtime. George evaluates and preps the slab for adhesion and applies multiple coats in a single work window. Resulting floors in West Hurley are traffic-ready within hours, offering both durability and custom finish.
Polyaspartic floor installation in West Hurley starts when George Tsinias, owner of USA Epoxy Floors, examines the slab’s surface integrity, prior coatings, and moisture levels with precision testing equipment. Each substrate receives mechanical diamond grinding or shot blasting to reach the target CSP, followed by edge and joint repairs for a full, ready profile. Install steps move fast: primer is applied to anchor the resin, and each polyaspartic layer is spread and leveled for thickness and coverage. If a decorative look is needed, custom blends of flake or quartz are broadcast mid-coat for safety and appearance. In West Hurley, fast-recoating means multiple coats and safety textures are installed quickly, often the whole system in a single shift. Once cured, usually within a few hours, George inspects the finish, verifies gloss or slip resistance, and approves use. Businesses, garages, and production spaces in West Hurley end up with a high-performance, low-maintenance floor ready to face chemicals, abrasion, and daily wear almost immediately.
Polyaspartic installations by USA Epoxy Floors in West Hurley deliver finished, traffic-ready systems within hours of application. Sequencing of preparation, priming, and resin layers is planned for real-world business and facility schedules in West Hurley, allowing true overnight or weekend turnarounds with no shortcut on build.
Before polyaspartic resin goes down in West Hurley, George completes full electronic and chemical moisture testing. This identifies vapor drive or incompatible layers that could cause peeling later. Only after the slab meets strict criteria does installation proceed, ensuring results in West Hurley that last and avoid hidden risks.
Clients in West Hurley choose from custom textures like decorative flakes, slip-resistant quartz, or pure solid color. Finishes are matched to the site’s safety or design needs, with George handling application for event coverage and full broadcast. Result: seamless, tailored floors performing exactly as needed in West Hurley.

More About Us
Yes. USA Epoxy Floors handles Polyaspartic Floor Installation throughout West Hurley and the surrounding Ulster County area. The scope is set after the floor is walked and the slab condition is assessed, so the quote reflects the actual job rather than a generic package.
Work starts with inspecting the slab and testing for moisture where conditions call for it. The surface is mechanically prepared by diamond grinding or shot blasting, damage is repaired, and the coating system is applied in sequence with cure time between coats. The floor is walked through with you at completion.
Most residential-scale work is a one to two day install with cure time before the floor takes traffic. Larger floors and slabs needing significant repair run longer. Polyaspartic topcoats shorten the return to service. Timing specific to your floor is covered at the estimate.
Most structurally sound concrete is. Cracks, pitting, spalling, and existing coatings are handled during preparation. Slabs with active moisture movement are tested first and specified accordingly. If a floor is not a good candidate, you will be told that during the walkthrough.
Mechanical profiling, diamond grinding or shot blasting, so the coating keys into the concrete rather than resting on it. This is the step that determines whether a floor holds. Acid etching alone does not produce a reliable profile and is not used in place of it.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
“We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again.”
