With ESD coatings, substrate restoration, and targeted preparation, every floor is selected for the critical needs of server rooms. This safeguards sensitive electronics and delivers a grounded, dust-minimized, and protected environment.
USA Epoxy Floors has handled server room flooring solutions in Watchtower, New York for IT specialists and business owners, including ESD floor installation, subfloor rehabilitation, and removal of non-compliant coatings, for over 25 years. The work covers diamond grinding to establish required profiles, moisture mitigation, filling joints or cracks, and putting down static-dissipative finishes that fit critical facility specs.
Server room floors need to manage static safely, carry heavy equipment, prevent particulate build-up, and allow cleaning without degrading electrical performance. Concrete issues like vapor emission or unevenness can compromise ESD functionality, so a system is only specified after testing and preparation confirm compatibility. Operations require precise work and dust control to protect nearby equipment.
We respond by combining diagnostics, concrete prep, and ESD system installation to fit the reality of each server room. ESD flooring with proper grounding is chosen to meet required resistance ratings, and surfaces are finished to handle heavy rolling traffic. USA Epoxy Floors makes sure technology environments are safe for electronics, simple to sanitize, and built to support business continuity needs.

Yes. Server Room coating is part of the regular range across Watchtower and Ulster County. The company is based in Fishkill, family operated and veteran owned, and travels throughout the region for this work.
Properly prepared and correctly specified, it takes years of traffic, impact, and routine chemical contact. Service life comes down to preparation quality and whether the system matched the conditions. Upkeep is sweeping and periodic wet cleaning.
Often, yes. Polyaspartic and polyurea cure across a wider temperature range than standard epoxy, which opens up winter installs in many unheated Watchtower spaces. Substrate temperature governs, so each space is checked before scheduling.
Cracks, pitting, and spalling are repaired as part of preparation. Structural issues that go beyond surface repair are flagged during the walkthrough rather than coated over, a coating does not fix a slab problem underneath it.
Slip resistance is specified deliberately. Broadcast flake and quartz systems add texture, and anti-slip additives can be worked into the topcoat where the area calls for it. The right level depends on how the Server Room is used.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
“We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again.”
