USA Epoxy Floors delivers expert concrete repair in Thompson, correcting slab cracks, pits, and joint issues for commercial and residential properties. Each defect is diagnosed and addressed with engineered materials and mechanical prep, resulting in a reliable, level surface.
On projects in Thompson, USA Epoxy Floors begins concrete repair by accurately mapping out all visible slab defects, including cracks, spalling, and joint deformities. George Tsinias investigates for underlying causes like sub-base failing or high moisture migration, so the repair goes deeper than surface patching. The repair phase uses chiseling, grinding, or aggressive removal of deteriorated concrete, followed by vacuum cleaning to eliminate debris and contaminants. Chosen repair materials, structural epoxy, cementitious packs, or joint fillers, are fitted to the type and traffic requirements of each spot, from retail entries to industrial drive aisles. Everything is mixed, placed, and finished under tightly controlled conditions. The final result in Thompson is a patch or joint repair blended flush and ground to match the original slab. All work closes with surface inspection, confirming the area is sound, level, and free from hazards, ready for any next flooring system or immediate use.
USA Epoxy Floors performs in-depth analysis of slab damage in Thompson, documenting the full scope and structural context before specifying repair. This ensures fixes address settlement, movement, or moisture at their origin for repairs calibrated to last.
Every repair in Thompson uses high-performance materials specific to slab use, epoxy for deep rebuilding, semi-rigid fillers for joints, fast-cure mortars where downtime matters. Each patch is installed after full substrate prep for optimal bond and performance.
Repairs in Thompson are completed flush, with diamond grinding for seamless profile. The work eliminates hazards and prepares the slab for coating, stain, polish, or traffic, ensuring a stable, finished surface from day one.

More About Us
Yes. Concrete Repair is part of the regular service range across Thompson and Ulster County. USA Epoxy Floors is based in Fishkill, family operated and veteran owned, and travels throughout the area for this work.
A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified stands up to vehicle traffic, hot tires, impact, and routine chemical contact for years. What shortens service life is almost always inadequate preparation or a system that did not match the conditions. Maintenance is sweeping and periodic wet cleaning.
It gets identified before anything is applied. Moisture vapor moving upward will lift a coating that was not built for it. Where testing shows elevated readings, a moisture-mitigating primer or vapor barrier system is specified rather than a standard build.
The floor area needs to be clear for grinding and application. Vehicles, shelving, and stored items come out ahead of the crew. On larger commercial floors the work can often be sectioned so part of the space stays operational.
Solid color, decorative flake broadcast, quartz, and metallic systems. Flake adds texture underfoot and conceals minor slab imperfections. Industrial floors often run solid color for visibility and cleaning. Samples are reviewed on site during the walkthrough.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
“We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again.”
