USA Epoxy Floors installs metallic epoxy floors in Norwalk that showcase truly custom visual effects over diamond-ground, CSP-3 concrete, ending with a protective polyaspartic or urethane finish. Each floor delivers a one-of-a-kind pattern, lasting performance, and a high-gloss impact ideal for Norwalk showrooms or homes.
Every metallic installation for Norwalk properties starts with detailed assessment, led by George Tsinias of USA Epoxy Floors, who checks for slab flatness, overlays, and uses moisture meters for suitability. Concrete is ground to a CSP-3 profile and vacuumed clean to keep pigments from snagging or swirling around hidden defects. Once base pigment is applied, George casts the metallic blend, then manipulates cell movement, lacing, and marbling using solvents and trowel techniques unique to each site. Temperature, humidity, and slab condition all impact the window, timing is tracked in real time so metallics flow and settle as intended. Every metallic floor in Norwalk ends up one-of-a-kind, shaped by human skill instead of a stock template. After the metallic effect stabilizes, a professional-grade, UV-resistant polyaspartic or urethane layer is installed to protect against color shift, abrasion, and spills common in Norwalk stores, offices, or homes. Slip reduction is added on request, for a designer finish built to endure local use conditions.
Metallic systems in Norwalk depend on a flawless base. USA Epoxy Floors grinds floors to CSP-3 using industrial tooling, preventing pigment distortion and ensuring full resin grip. This controlled prep clears away residue or past overlay, so the metallic effect reads sharp and undisturbed once applied.
George Tsinias personally manages pigment movement on metallic floors in Norwalk, using timed solvent effects, hand tools, and temperature-based judgment. The result is a surface unique to the property, filled with real cell patterns and depth, no generic swirls or pour-and-pray attempts. That difference is clear in every completed Norwalk floor.
To finish metallic floors in Norwalk, USA Epoxy Floors applies a topcoat selected for UV and stain resistance based on projected site use. Polyaspartic and urethane options protect pigment from fading or wear in active or sunlit spaces, while optional slip resistance matches residential or commercial needs.

More About Us
Yes. Metallic Epoxy Floor Installation is part of the regular service range across Norwalk and Fairfield County. USA Epoxy Floors is based in Fishkill, family operated and veteran owned, and travels throughout the area for this work.
A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified stands up to vehicle traffic, hot tires, impact, and routine chemical contact for years. What shortens service life is almost always inadequate preparation or a system that did not match the conditions. Maintenance is sweeping and periodic wet cleaning.
It gets identified before anything is applied. Moisture vapor moving upward will lift a coating that was not built for it. Where testing shows elevated readings, a moisture-mitigating primer or vapor barrier system is specified rather than a standard build.
The floor area needs to be clear for grinding and application. Vehicles, shelving, and stored items come out ahead of the crew. On larger commercial floors the work can often be sectioned so part of the space stays operational.
Solid color, decorative flake broadcast, quartz, and metallic systems. Flake adds texture underfoot and conceals minor slab imperfections. Industrial floors often run solid color for visibility and cleaning. Samples are reviewed on site during the walkthrough.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
“We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again.”
