In Milton, USA Epoxy Floors resurfaces worn or failing epoxy floors by mechanically removing loose coating, grinding to open the profile, and installing a new resin system. This preserves what’s solid and replaces only what’s needed, making the floor clean and durable again.
Resurfacing projects in Milton begin with a site analysis by George Tsinias of USA Epoxy Floors, who documents existing cracks, peels, moisture problems, and the type of prior coatings. Slabs in Milton often require moisture checks and adhesion tests before moving forward. Preparation includes grinding to the right CSP, edge repair, and cleaning; all poor or compromised materials are removed so the new coating has a stable foundation. After repairs, the floor receives a primer tailored for the slab condition, then a system chosen for Milton’s environment, garage, commercial, or industrial. Decorative options like broadcast flakes or slip-resistant finishes are integrated as necessary. Each layer is installed within its recoat window, so bond and consistency are supported. Chemical resistance and durability are matched to the property’s actual use. George inspects the completed floor for uniform build, correction of prior failures, and finish detail. The result is a refreshed space in Milton that functions like a brand-new floor, completed with less cost and downtime than removal and replacement.
USA Epoxy Floors offers resurfacing in Milton as a solution for epoxy floors that have lost their appearance or have minor damage, but still offer structural support. George treats what can be saved, removes problem spots, and applies a reliable new finish over mechanically profiled concrete to restore performance.
Epoxy floor resurfacing from USA Epoxy Floors in Milton removes all failed DIY coatings and damaged resin, grinding away defects until stable concrete is revealed. The restored surface is then rebuilt with industrial-grade epoxy, repairing the visible problems while preventing old issues from coming back.
Every resurfacing project in Milton is specified for that property’s real load: slip-safe floors in kitchens, decorative finishes in garages, or heavy-duty systems for industrial spaces. George handles specification, installation, and finish selection so the result matches operational needs.

More About Us
Yes. Epoxy Floor Resurfacing is part of the regular service range across Milton and Ulster County. USA Epoxy Floors is based in Fishkill, family operated and veteran owned, and travels throughout the area for this work.
A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified stands up to vehicle traffic, hot tires, impact, and routine chemical contact for years. What shortens service life is almost always inadequate preparation or a system that did not match the conditions. Maintenance is sweeping and periodic wet cleaning.
It gets identified before anything is applied. Moisture vapor moving upward will lift a coating that was not built for it. Where testing shows elevated readings, a moisture-mitigating primer or vapor barrier system is specified rather than a standard build.
The floor area needs to be clear for grinding and application. Vehicles, shelving, and stored items come out ahead of the crew. On larger commercial floors the work can often be sectioned so part of the space stays operational.
Solid color, decorative flake broadcast, quartz, and metallic systems. Flake adds texture underfoot and conceals minor slab imperfections. Industrial floors often run solid color for visibility and cleaning. Samples are reviewed on site during the walkthrough.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
“We are so happy to have discovered George Tsinias. He is an old school artisan and gentleman who takes pride in his work, takes every issue seriously, answers every question, and is a meticulous workman. The garage floor he did for us is stunning. He is humble, fun, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about adjacent trades and competent in several of them. I am delighted to give him the highest recommendation and look forward to referring him to friends and to using him again.”
