In Kingston, USA Epoxy Floors restores level and flat condition to concrete floors by diagnosing, grinding peaks, and applying advanced leveling systems to fill and correct slab imperfections. The resulting finish is ready for coatings, polish, or any flooring installation in Ulster County.
USA Epoxy Floors approaches every floor leveling job in Kingston with a technical survey, using laser grade measurement and straightedges to capture all slab irregularities, including hidden settlement or uneven patch history common in Ulster County's older buildings. Owner George Tsinias examines moisture and structural conditions so correction is targeted from the outset. Grinding high areas and installing industry-grade leveling or patching compounds, the company blends machine work with tailored material selection, catering to commercial operations with heavy loads or residential properties aiming for decorative polish. Transitions between repaired and existing areas are finished for an unnoticeable change in elevation, ensuring seamless tile, coating, or polished floors. The finished slab is measured for elevation accuracy, recuts control joints if needed, and cleans for the next phase. Delivering a flat, flawless substrate, USA Epoxy Floors enables Kingston builders and owners to proceed with confidence on coatings, tile, carpet, or exposed concrete systems for years in Ulster County projects.
USA Epoxy Floors uses laser and precision straightedges on Kingston slabs to map every deviation, crucial for floors later finished with coatings or polish. This thorough level survey eliminates surprise dips or humps, giving contractors and owners a defect-free surface across Ulster County.
George selects specialized self-levelers and overlay materials, mixed and installed per manufacturer specs in Kingston projects. Chosen for compatibility with expected traffic, thickness, or decorative finish, these materials build the necessary flat and stable foundation for future installations across Ulster County.
With 25+ years experience, George Tsinias personally inspects Kingston floors, identifying hidden settlement, moisture, or poor repairs that could impact leveling. His oversight ensures the finished result in Ulster County is structurally corrected, not just surface-level, supporting any downstream flooring or coating project.

More About Us
Yes. Concrete Floor Leveling is part of the regular service range across Kingston and Ulster County. USA Epoxy Floors is based in Fishkill, family operated and veteran owned, and travels throughout the area for this work.
A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified stands up to vehicle traffic, hot tires, impact, and routine chemical contact for years. What shortens service life is almost always inadequate preparation or a system that did not match the conditions. Maintenance is sweeping and periodic wet cleaning.
It gets identified before anything is applied. Moisture vapor moving upward will lift a coating that was not built for it. Where testing shows elevated readings, a moisture-mitigating primer or vapor barrier system is specified rather than a standard build.
The floor area needs to be clear for grinding and application. Vehicles, shelving, and stored items come out ahead of the crew. On larger commercial floors the work can often be sectioned so part of the space stays operational.
Solid color, decorative flake broadcast, quartz, and metallic systems. Flake adds texture underfoot and conceals minor slab imperfections. Industrial floors often run solid color for visibility and cleaning. Samples are reviewed on site during the walkthrough.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
