USA Epoxy Floors has provided car wash flooring solutions in Hurley, New York for car wash operators and owners, bringing mechanical surface preparation, moisture correction, concrete repair, epoxy and resinous system installation, and slip-resistant safety finishes for over 25 years. Our projects span wash bays, tunnels, prepping and drying stations, equipment spaces, and customer-access zones, each with its own performance needs and technical approach.
Car wash properties impose frequent cycles of water, cleaning agents, degreasers, tire marks, chemical splash, and non-stop vehicle and staff traffic. Wash bay floors must direct water to drains, take ongoing impact, and remain secure even when constantly wet. Equipment areas guard against mechanical load and caustic chemical runoff, while lobbies and corridors require finishes that retain traction and withstand public use.
Our approach in Hurley is to anticipate and control these car wash flooring conditions from the ground up. We start by mechanically profiling floors with grinders or shot blasters, clearing away worn layers and preparing for fresh materials. Each crack, joint, or moisture area is examined and addressed with patching and vapor solutions where necessary. Wet areas typically receive seamless resinous assemblies with integral cove base and slip-resistant textures, while staff and customer sections benefit from durable, easy-to-clean surfaces. Our experience with installation, restoration, and repair in Hurley allows us to match precisely the right material and finish to each environment inside the car wash and keep it ready for constant operation.

Yes. Hurley and communities throughout Ulster County, New York. USA Epoxy Floors has been coating floors since 2001 and regularly takes Car Wash projects across the region.
It follows the conditions. Epoxy builds thicker and bonds deep, polyaspartic cures fast and holds color under UV. Heavier-duty Car Wash floors often run a thicker epoxy base with a chemical-resistant topcoat. Specification comes after the floor is seen and tested.
That is what the specification is for. Forklift traffic, vehicle loads, foot traffic, and point impact all inform the build. A floor that was properly profiled and correctly specified handles the demands of the space for years with routine cleaning.
Topcoat chemistry is selected against what actually contacts the floor, solvents, oils, food acids, cleaning agents. In Car Wash spaces with regular chemical contact or wash-down cycles, the system is built for it rather than adapted afterward.
Usually. Failed coatings are removed mechanically, the slab is inspected to determine why the prior system let go, and the cause is addressed before a new build goes on. Coating over a failure without finding the cause repeats it.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
