Quartz epoxy floor installation by USA Epoxy Floors establishes durable, slip-resistant surfaces for demanding Esopus environments. Substrate is mechanically prepared, and double-broadcast quartz aggregate is set in resin layers, producing a dense system for frequent use in Ulster County.
For Esopus quartz epoxy floor installations, USA Epoxy Floors inspects every substrate on-site and uses mechanical surface preparation to reach the correct CSP rating for aggregate-broadcast systems. In Ulster County, common issues, slab moisture or edge spalling, are handled with slab testing, joint and surface repairs, and selection of the right installation method. Application starts with an epoxy primer, followed by a base coat where quartz aggregate is distributed until coverage is uniform. After curing and quartz recovery, a secondary layer or grout coat further embeds the aggregate, concluding with a chemical-resistant topcoat tailored for sanitation and wear. Every step responds to exposure types found in Esopus, water, chemical spills, or traffic. Once complete, the floor goes through a uniformity, profile, and bond inspection. Esopus clients receive a seamless, slip-resistant multi-layer surface designed to perform in kitchens, clean rooms, gyms, or wet zones, combining high traction, sanitation, and heavy-duty wear in Ulster County settings.
In Esopus, USA Epoxy Floors applies quartz systems using a two-stage broadcast process, saturating each resin coat fully with colored quartz for a reinforced, uniform build. This construction protects Esopus floors from wear, impacts, and operational damage found across Ulster County industries.
USA Epoxy Floors designs quartz epoxy floors for Esopus with dense, sealed finishes that block water and bacteria, delivering certified slip-resistance. The grout and topcoat provide easy cleaning, especially needed in healthcare, food prep, or wet environments throughout Ulster County.
George Tsinias performs every Esopus job’s slab inspection, evaluates repair needs, and selects system build-out in person. His onsite choices ensure the final quartz floor in Ulster County matches environmental stressors, foot traffic, and compliance requirements from quote to completion.

More About Us
Yes. USA Epoxy Floors handles Quartz Epoxy Floor Installation throughout Esopus and the surrounding Ulster County area. The scope is set after the floor is walked and the slab condition is assessed, so the quote reflects the actual job rather than a generic package.
Work starts with inspecting the slab and testing for moisture where conditions call for it. The surface is mechanically prepared by diamond grinding or shot blasting, damage is repaired, and the coating system is applied in sequence with cure time between coats. The floor is walked through with you at completion.
Most residential-scale work is a one to two day install with cure time before the floor takes traffic. Larger floors and slabs needing significant repair run longer. Polyaspartic topcoats shorten the return to service. Timing specific to your floor is covered at the estimate.
Most structurally sound concrete is. Cracks, pitting, spalling, and existing coatings are handled during preparation. Slabs with active moisture movement are tested first and specified accordingly. If a floor is not a good candidate, you will be told that during the walkthrough.
Mechanical profiling, diamond grinding or shot blasting, so the coating keys into the concrete rather than resting on it. This is the step that determines whether a floor holds. Acid etching alone does not produce a reliable profile and is not used in place of it.

“4 other contractors showed up, did their pitch, and then had to "go back to the office to prepare a quote" - 2 of them never responded and the other two estimates seemed high - George on the other hand showed up, gave me my options and provided a written quote right on the spot that was about 15% less than the other quotes and went on to do a superb job on my garage floor. I would recommend him highly!”
